code. We are fully licensed and insured for all work in MA.

Subcontractors:
Lighthouse construction only hires licensed and insured subcontractors who have
the same commitment to quality and customer service that we have. All our subcontractors
have been in business for years, have fantastic reputations and stand behind their
work. Jobs that we subcontract include, electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Plastering,
and Roofing, and the reason for this is we believe a specialist who does nothing
but those things day in and day can speed your project toward completion while adding
quality to your home or business.
Financing options:
As we have contacts throughout the industry we will be happy to provide access and
referrals to reputable mortgage brokers, and or Banks for construction loans, second
mortgages or refinancing. These people are all ones that we have worked with in
the past directly or they have worked with our customers with great feed back.
Insurance work:
Lighthouse Construction has worked on numerous insurance related jobs and thus has
learned the process and have had great success in working with your adjuster and
your insurance company so you experience the least amount of disruption at these
trying times for you and your family.

Though we are not home appraisers or inspectors, many of our clients thru the years
have had us go thru a home they are looking at buying. Why do this? Many people
